2006 Linden Comansa  Tower Crane, Model 10LC140, 8 Ton capacity, This is a Flat Top design unit which means a fast and simple and safer erection and dismantling due to the absence of pendant lines. It can be erected on several different base configurations and can lift 4410 (US) pounds at 196.8 ft. 147’ ft. mast, 196.8’ ft. jib, Operator cab assembly, Operator cab a/c, (14) 12,000 lb ballast weights, (3) 4190 lb counterweights, HD tower base sections. This crane is in excellent condition with upgraded (2008) computer and electronics, powered by, 2006 Multi Quip model 125 SSI whisper quiet generator, currently in operation and will be available in January 2010. I really like this unit in my tower crane. This precision cabled weather station tracks all the basic information a crane operator really needs at the touch of a button. The Weather Wizard III measures inside and outside temperatures in addition to measuring wind direction, wind speed and wind chill factor. The standard version of the Weather Wizard III is designed to present extremely accurate weather readings. It includes sensors to monitor essential weather conditions and features an attractive black desktop console powered by an AC adapter with battery backup. The console is also wall-mountable. This affordable weather monitoring station comes with 40 feet of standard 26-guage cable for the anemometer and a remote temperature sensor with 25 feet of cable. The two cables connect to a junction box using an additional 8 feet of cable.
